The average person sleeps eight hours a day.
I know…for some of us it is more…some of us less.
This is a third of our day…which equals a third of our week…which equals a third of our month…a third of our year…ultimately it means we spend a third of our life sleeping.
Since we spend most of this “sleeping time” in bed the importance of your pillow is especially important.
Think about it. Your mattress and pillow are the two things you spend the majority of your life on.
It makes sense that the quality of your pillow will influence the quality of your sleep and therefore the quality of your life.
There are three areas that you want to look at when choosing a pillow. They are:
1. The support the pillow offers
2. The alignment of you spine when side sleeping
3. The alignment of your spine when back sleeping
